A wise friend of mine informed me that wearing black whilst exercising is indicative of funeral arranging for your fat. Although I opted for the all black ensemble prior to this, because I am a sombre mare, this qualifies my initial decision to be so. This makes me happy… and today I ran twice as far and I’m eating pancakes tonight. RIP fat. #100happydays #day5
