Day 99.

It seems apt that on this day, the penultimate of this challenge, I am bombarded with cheery moments to choose from. Do I select the lunchtime bubbles and French food? Should I opt for the tones of Alexandre Desplat that dance around my office? Might I revel in the fact I can work in my pants when the sun beats a little too willingly? Or should I just photograph the Krispy Kreme I just gobbled in honour of National Donut Day? Instead of bothering my brain further I shall just appreciate the many people that have featured along the way, and those of you that grace one of my favourite walls in our abode, because you definitely pull at the corners of this sarcastic mouth. #100happydays #day99

Old friends are the very best of friends, and Mr T Rex and I go way back. #100happydays #day93

Day 86.

The French do cuisine and cocktails very well, but when it comes to friends the English are masters. #100happydays #day86

Day 83.

As a little person I was always rather jealous of my parents and their piles of post from the man in the red jacket, and it was with covetous hands that I would forage the pile in hope of seeing my name. Nowadays, a dose of adult realisation has taught me that the post is not so sensational, unless you receive the most wonderful of postbox surprises… a nuptial summons from a pair of fellow mad hatters that I know are going to wed amidst one hell of a party. I’m so excited it took me forever to be sensical. #100happydays #day83

Day 63.

I often think I have tripped and tumbled into Mr White Rabbit’s wonderland quarters, and today I was served tea in a Mad Hadder worthy saucer and cup. Even when friends are wed and taking up residence in family abodes, I still feel like we’re playing at being grow ups. #100happydays #day63
